Job Description:

As we grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager who can take charge of projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery with a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and timelines
- Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Lead internal teams across design, development, QA, and deployment phases
- Ensure effective communication between clients, team members, and leaders.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans proactively
- Conduct regular status meetings, provide progress reports, and ensure documentation is up to date
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in project management within the IT industry (product and/or service-based)
- Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
- Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile methodologies (preferred but not mandatory)
