Job Description:

We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer with proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, Express, and MongoDB to join our dynamic team and contribute to developing cutting-edge web applications. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable front-end and back-end solutions.

Responsibilities:

1.Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality React.js components (frontend) and Node.js backend services.

2.API Development: Implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.

3.Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices, including proper version control with Git.

4.Troubleshooting: Debug and troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

5.Security & Data Protection: Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions to ensure the security of web applications.

6.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

7.Meetings & Participation: Participate in team discussions, code reviews, and meetings to ensure alignment and progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• In-depth knowledge of React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle. Familiarity with popular React workflows (e.g., Redux, Flux).
• Experience with front-end development tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Expertise in building server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js, including creating and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Experience in implementing JWT-based authentication, OAuth, and role-based access control (RBAC) systems.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and familiarity with data modeling. Knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or similar.
• Familiarity with query builders like Sequelize.js and Mongoose.js. 
• Familiarity with WebSockets and socket.io for real-time communication. Experience with Next.js or Nest.js frameworks is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
